Another simple model which isn't meant to be anything very special, just what it is: a non-descript block of flats.
My first ever model with which I defined the style of doors, windows, and shutters, for many of the buildings in my city. And yes, I know the model itself is ridiculously bad, but I had to begin somewhere. I'm not too happy with the attempts at plaster falling off, but the general principle is all right.
